I finished the course but do not get a certificate / diploma, how do I get it?

Some courses contain certificates that the course participant can download after completing the course. If you have not received your certificate, it is usually because you have not completed all the necessary steps. You can see if all parts of the course are completed by looking at the table of contents of the course. Next to each chapter heading, there is a circle, when you have completed the section, the circle is completely filled and checked off. If the course contains Quiz or practice questions, make sure that all questions are completed. If you have done all this and still have not received your certificate / diploma, contact your teacher or course creator.
